These are a super quick and easy snack idea for before a work out or to have with your coffee.     Ingredients: 6 Dates 1 Scoop of Vanilla protein Powder 4 tbsp of Crunchy Peanut Butter 2tbsp of Chia Seeds 1tbsp of Honey/Agave   Put all the above ingredients into a food processor.
