Protein Balls

These are a super quick and easy snack idea for before a work out or to have with your coffee.


Finished Product



  • 6 Dates
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla protein Powder
  • 4 tbsp of Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • 1tbsp of Honey/Agave



Put all the above ingredients into a food processor. Mix for a few minutes and they should be done.

Then separate and roll into balls .

Put into the fridge for a couple of hours to set.


Easy Peasy ! They literally only take a few minutes to make and are a delish alternative to a biscuit or any other sugary snack!
