These are a super quick and easy snack idea for before a work out or to have with your coffee.
- 6 Dates
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla protein Powder
- 4 tbsp of Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2tbsp of Chia Seeds
- 1tbsp of Honey/Agave
Put all the above ingredients into a food processor. Mix for a few minutes and they should be done.
The texture should look like the following:
Then separate and roll into balls .
Put into the fridge for a couple of hours to set.
